  • Bloxbind Website

2.1 Discord Data

  • Your Discord User ID (required to identify your account)
  • Server (Guild) ID (to manage server-specific features)
  • Role or permission data (for bot functionality)

OAuth Scopes Used: identify (to obtain your Discord user ID, and username).

We do NOT collect or store:

  • Your server messages.
  • Direct messages

Discord OAuth is used for authentication each time you log in. Tokens are not stored long-term.

Message content is only accessed when required to process bot commands and is not retained.

We comply with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Discord's Privacy Policy.

2.2 Roblox Data

  • Your Roblox User ID
  • Your Roblox Username

OAuth Scopes Used: openid (sign-on) and profile (to acquire your Roblox username and user ID).

We do NOT collect:

  • Your Roblox login credentials
  • Personal contact info

Roblox OAuth tokens are used once during account linking and immediately discarded.

We comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Privacy Policy.

2.3 Website Data

  • IP address (security and abuse prevention)
  • Browser type and basic device information
  • Authentication and session data

2.4 Cookies

We use cookies to manage your login session and authentication state. These cookies are required for secure access to your account and are not used for tracking or advertising.

2.5 Error Monitoring & Logs:

We use a third-party service (Sentry) to monitor errors and improve performance. This may collect technical data such as:

  • IP address
  • Device/browser info
  • Error logs and stack traces

This data is used strictly for debugging and service reliability.

We collect usage analytics, including command interactions, feature usage, and basic identifiers such as user and server IDs, to help improve performance, debug issues, and enhance the overall user experience.

We use Discord member and message data strictly for command processing, role management, and account linking functionality.

We do not sell personal data and have not sold personal data in the past.
