Bloxbind allows users to link their Roblox and Discord accounts to verify their identity in Discord servers that use our bot. Our services include a Discord bot, OAuth Login, and a website for viewing linked account information.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have a valid Roblox and/or Discord account
• Not use alt accounts to bypass server rules or restrictions
• Not attempt to abuse, spam, or exploit the service or other users

We reserve the right to ban or restrict users who violate these terms.

3. Account Termination

We may suspend, ban, lock, or terminate your account or access to the service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or malicious activity
• Abuse of verification systems
• Use of alt accounts
• Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or resale of this service or application
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or negatively impacts the service, its operations, or the owners’ legitimate interests

We are not required to provide a reason or notice for termination.

4. User Data & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy which outlines what data we collect (e.g., Roblox ID, Discord ID, and OAuth tokens) and how it's used. We do not collect sensitive data like passwords.

5. Future Monetization

Bloxbind may offer paid features or services in the future. By continuing to use the service, you agree to any updated pricing, features, or limitations we may add.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bloxbind (excluding user-submitted info such as usernames) is owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimer

We provide Bloxbind "as is" with no guarantees. We are not responsible for any damages, loss of access, or issues caused by the use of our service, including server role mismanagement or loss of account verification.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
